Kyle Sabo, Principal and VP for Client Relations
Kyle brings decades of experience in retail and wholesale business development and management to his role at Core Themes. He also has experience in education and church leadership and is a former Core Themes client. As the owner of Alchemy Metals, a sales and consulting firm specializing in import metal products, Kyle has introduced European and Asian firms to the American market and developed their market presence across several industries. The consulting side of Kyle’s business is all about connecting people and helping them understand that differences in culture, economy and language aren’t barriers to growth but instead are sources of strength in this global economy.
His role at Core Themes is to make sure that each client has the true “white glove” experience from beginning to end and he is thrilled to be working with people who are truly committed to finding their purpose and meaning in life.
Kyle lives on Long Island with his wife and two Vizslas, Jellicoe and Sultan.
Dr. Emily Inglesi, Principal and Core Themes Consultant
Emily is a licensed clinical psychologist with a diverse range of experiences working with adults and emerging adults. She specializes in working with clients around navigating life transitions, which can be both unsettling and exciting and often challenging. She currently heads up the Core Themes office in Boston.
From career satisfaction to chronic and acute health issues to relationships, we all encounter transitions throughout our lives. Dr. Inglesi’s collaborative style with clients results in developing a realistic plan and strategy to resolve issues related to transitions with more confidence and ease, with the goal of helping clients live a more valued life with decreased stress.
Dr. Inglesi has extensive experience and interest in working with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. Clients find that her therapeutic style incorporates warmth, humor, and compassion.
Before beginning her career as a psychologist, Emily was a journalist, photographer and editor, which allowed her to travel the world to learn and write about people and their traditions and stories. This part of her life has greatly influenced and enriched her work as therapist and has shaped her perspective of the therapeutic experience as a journey of self-discovery.

Debra Schuler, Core Themes Consultant & General Manager
Debra Schuler, B.S., Management is a leadership development facilitator, coach and consultant who helps adults and youth lead themselves with more clarity and purpose to achieve greater fulfillment and success. Her work with individuals and organizations incorporates the research-based principles and evidence from neuroscience and positive psychology, as well as more than 20 years of corporate learning and development experience in large, global technology companies.
Debra is a Certified Professional Trainer (Association for Talent Development) and earned a Certificate in Positive Psychology from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. She is a certified Core Themes™ career consultant and certified instructor for “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.”
Marie Sola, Program Consultant
Marie is a veteran of media and marketing, in sales, business development and management positions. She also produced television programs and public awareness campaigns that received local industry acclaim.
Marie worked internationally for the Young Presidents’ Organization, the premier Chief Executive Leadership organization in the world as Director of Integration.
Harnessing her abundant energy and calling on her breadth of experiences, Marie has brought her love of content creation and storytelling to Daughters of Change- a content-driven platform and hub for the women and girls changing the world and the people and organizations who support them. Daughters of Change has a mission of:
• Telling the stories of the Daughters of Change who are leading and changing the world – each in their own unique way
• Connecting and supporting these women and girls
• Inspiring others to take action and set an example for future generations
Marie believes that everything is possible, and the best lessons in life are learned outside of the box! Will Truesdell, Core Themes Consultant
Will Truesdell has served with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship for 30 years in New England, with roles including campus minister on various colleges; Ministry director for Northern New England; and currently as the Assistant Regional Director for Spiritual Formation for the staff and student leaders in New England.
He has a Masters in Spiritual Formation from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, is a licensed spiritual director through Selah, and licensed as a vocational consultant with Core Themes.
He is passionate about helping others to find their life purpose and live in the adventurous fullness of that purpose.
He lives in Wiscasset, Maine with his wife Lisa, and two children Julia (14) and Miles (6). He loves to spend time with his family, surf, hike, play drums, work on old houses, and explore new places.
Lisa Renee Anderson, MA, NCC, GCDF, BCC, Core Themes Consultant
For 14 years Lisa has had a counseling practice in individual, relationship and group therapy with an emphasis on career and life transitions based in the Pacific Northwest. She also had a successful massage and bodywork practice for eight years. A common theme throughout Lisa’s experience has been coaching, inspiring and empowering people to go for what they truly want and achieve their highest potential. As a Core Themes consultant, Lisa brings her passion and commitment to helping people create positive change in their work lives to the program.
Her work has also been influenced by non-dual psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), body-centered psychotherapy, Byron Katie’s The Work, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and 12 step programs.

Lisa enjoys the splendor and tranquility of nature, adoring Lucy, the Canine Coach, digging and planting in my garden, practicing yoga and meditation, and the adventure of international travel.
